The RedEdge-MX Dual Camera System is a synchronized 10 band solution for advanced remote sensing and agricultural research. This solution seamlessly integrates two five band cameras, the RedEdge-MX and the new RedEdge-MX Blue, capturing 10 band imagery in one flight. Compatible with the Trinity F90+ and industry standard software platforms such as Pix4D and Agisoft, this 10 band solution ensures that flying with two cameras is just as easy as flying with one.
Synchronized Capture of 10 Multispectral Bands
The MicaSense Dual Payload combines the RedEdge-MX and the RedEdge-MX Blue sensors, giving you 10 synchronized bands. The Blue sensor adds a new coastal blue band, green band, and three new bands in the red to red-edge region of the spectrum.
Compatible With Multiple Drone Platforms
The MicaSense RedEdge-MX is compatible with the most advanced drones in the industry including DJI’s Matrice 300 and 200 series, and Quantum System’s Trinity F90+.

The MicaSense Dual Payload can be purchased as a complete kit, or you can purchase the RedEdge-MX Blue sensor separately if you already own the RedEdge-MX.
Downwelling Light Sensor
The DLS 2 module features an embedded GPS, 8 light sensors, and 12 directional sensors to maximize accuracy and consistency of data collect throughout varying levels of sunlight.
Calibrated Reflectance Panel
The CRP 2 has known reflectance values across the visible and near-infrared light spectrum to enable more accurate compensation for incident light conditions.
